UX/UI Design

UX Design means User Experience design and UI means User Interface Design. UX design is more technical while UI design is more visual. They go hand in hand. There is no UX without UI and vice versa. Whether through coding, graphic design, web design, app emulation, prototyping, research, or content development, I can create aesthetics, usability, and optimization in UX/UI.

Media Design

After learning so much in my various classes, my church, the Seventh Day Adventist Central Church, hired me to update their website, create modern ads for their events, and manage/create graphics for their social media. Below are screengrabs from the website and Facebook. I am always updating the site to the present day, so if you wish to see more up to date design you can visit https://www.austincentralsda.com/ and https://www.facebook.com/austincentralsda/. Also I included the IG story post I made for the Texas State Common Experience page, and a Typography poster I made for my Media Design class.

Coding

I can code in HTML and CSS, skills I learned in my Web Design and Publishing class. Below are screengrab images from the article I coded in HTML and CSS using Reclaim Web Hosting, Cyberduck STFP, and Sublime Text Editor. To see the full article, visit http://www.texaspower.mckatniss.com/

App Emulation

Again, I learned these skills from my various classes. I have created app emulations in Figma, ProtoIO and Adobe XD. My favorite one to use is Adobe XD by far. Below are some screengrabs from an prototype app I did for a class. If you want to see the full interactive app, visit https://xd.adobe.com/view/4f7c5231-7d6f-452d-ad86-dcdc3ef98d70-1a2f/
